Usage of the Photoshop Swirls Brushes in a Sunset Photo

Hi Gang,
I was playing around with one of my sunset photos and wanted to find out how could I use my Swirls Photoshop brushes there. So, here is the result. I hope you like it.
The recipe:
- 1. Photo of a sunset
- 2. Loads of Filter -> Stylize -> Gloving Edges
- 3. Loads of Filter -> Blur -> Radial Blur
- 4. A bit of Layer Blending Options
