Hello! :)
For last two days I’ve been struggling to install two new blogs of mine into their web server homes (bsilvia.com and blogffiliate.com). Until now it was never too hard for me to select a web design. Until now. Dark one? Or light? Which font? Arial, Trebuchet or Tahoma? Fixed width or not? More or less colorful?…. And so on…
Today I have prepared another symbols set before we start with How to draw swirls illustrations in Adobe Illustrator, Part Two. This set has been taken out from the classic brush stroke and classical ink on paper. It was then scanned and edited in Adobe Illustrator.
This set can be downloaded like the classic artist brush set for Adobe Illustrator and/or classic artist brush symbols set for Adobe Illustrator.

Latest news: yesterday I bought 2 domain names, one is my “user name”- bsilvia (bsilvia.com) and the other is “blogffiliate.com”. Webhosting at siteground.com as usual, I’ve been their customer for 6 years and never had any problems or issues. So I’m sticking with them.
Maybe I’ll transfer this one to new domain “bsilvia.com”, so wish me luck with my new blogs (I’m gonna need it)!

UPDATE January 28th 2008: Illustrator CS version “Floral brushes” available for download! Yet another addition to Illustrator freebies section :)
Greetings from Rovinj!
That’s funny, because here, in this beautiful Mediterranean city in Croatia is the home of the biggest tobacco company in this part of Europe and guess what: “Pozdrav iz Rovinja” (translation: “Greetings from Rovinj”) is their well known slogan…
Living here is not a simple task (like living anywhere is… ), I’m on a slowest GPRS wireless connection ever! Thanks to my provider and former employer company VIP (Vodafone). I literally have to open the window and put the notebook there in order to get G3 connection, but hey – only for a few minutes. Then it breaks and it takes me five to ten minutes to get the connection again.

Anyway, for today we have an Adobe Illustrator floral brushes for download, and the correct path where the file should be saved is: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS3\Presets\Brushes

UPDATE January 28th 2008: Illustrator CS version “Leaves and flowers symbols” available for download! Yet another addition to Illustrator freebies section :)
For today I wanted to create a Photoshop custom shape. So, I drew some flowers and leaves in Illustrator… Big mistake.
If you want to create Photoshop custom shape, you have to do it in Photoshop using path tool. Oh, yes. I didn’t draw custom shapes in Photoshop for a long time – so I forgot about this little step. Of course, you can use Magic tool and then create path from the selection… but the results will be awful.
So, instead of Photoshop custom shape for today I offer Adobe Illustrator symbols for download, and the correct path where it should be saved is: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS3\Presets\Symbols

Sorry, 5 days subscription free download offer expired. Download is now available after joining GBG. Please read about our free download policy and join our GBG for more free downloads. Thanks!
