So, the idea was to make a site that will offer and present, well, scrapbook gift card templates, downloads and resources for all occasions.

Most of you already know how indispensable Photoshop brushes are when it comes to web and graphic design.
Examples of their use are everywhere. In this post I will show you how I used them to modify the original WordPress theme of this site and create something completely different.
Of course, for all modifications I used my own PREMIUM Photoshop brushes that are also available for sale in my little Photoshop brushes shop.
Don’t worry, commercial license is included with all brushes so you can use them in your commercial projects.

Nothing makes me more happy than to see nice people making nice designs and nothing feels better than knowing that my Photoshop brushes (Digital Stamps) helped a bit.

I received an email the other day. It came from Germany and it was from a young woman who’s dream is to be a fashion designer. She wanted to buy my 800+ Photoshop brushes MEGA SET because the brushes there were just what she needed for her first fashion line but she wanted to make sure it is in line with my ToU before she makes a purchase.
Of course it was in line with my ToU! Actually, I was so happy that my brushes will be used that way that I decided to give her some of these brushes in as vector graphics as well!
When I was younger I dreamt the same dream. Wanted to be a fashion designer, making my own fashion lines… but life went into a different direction and now I’m graphic designer.
Anyways, what I wanted to say, it always amazes me to I see how many different and creative ways you find in using Photoshop brushes.
I mean, we did the boots design with Photoshop brushes, we made T-Shirts and socks, rubber stamps, packaging paper design, software application interfaces, that was fun, and I’d really really love to see C. making a success as a fashion designer.
Guys, I just needed to share with you, once again, how fascinated I am with the world of options we are surrounded with. Every day. If we just open our eyes.

I’ve discovered a whole bunch of interesting stuff while packing for the removal (don’t we all)!
But, when I run into the hand made diaries I made few years ago I just had to take a picture of them and publish on my blog before putting them back in the box.
Actually I was making those for sale and they were selling quite well on the coast, but for some reason the gallery that sold them closed and since I am not much of a manager or sales person myself I just took what’s left of my unsold stuff and put them in the box to wait for some better days.
I remember I was enjoying making those diaries sooo much.
I did all of it by hand. From cutting the paper and wooden cover, painting the covers, making the photographs, editing photographs and printing them on the canvas and then putting them on the cover of the diary…
Then, on the top of it all I put a final layer of the transparent varnish and voila – the diary was born.
OK, I hope you like these diaries, maybe some of you got an idea to do something like that by yourself, should that be the case feel free to contact me with questions or if you need an advice.
Back to packing for removal now.

Hello, my dear Photoshop brushes and DiY addicts!
Valentine’s day is near and now is the right time to get ready and prepare some nice surprises for the ones we love. We all know that the best gifts are the ones that we prepare by ourselves. So, for today I prepared a little DiY tutorial on how to make a Valentine’s day envelope. Envelope is not a gift by itself but a self-made envelope with a nice message inside to accompany it, well, that’s something completely different. Your beloved one will love you for this.
First of all, to make a proper Valentine’s day envelope, you will need a proper paper with some cool Valentine’s day design theme.

I guess that “Valentine’s (21+21) Second Edition + 21 PNG files” would be the best choice for the occasion.
OK. Once you selected the brushes you will use for design and printed the envelope paper it’s time to make an envelope.ž
I took these photos to show you how to do it:

Fold the paper it in a way shown above.
Now fold the top flaps, and create square shapes from triangles.
Flop the inside corners outwards and fold the middle triangle shape upwards.
Double fold the upper edge and then tuck the outer half of it inside the pocket.
Picture 9. shows tucked folded part from pic 7. and 8. Now fold left and right sides inwards.
Fold the bottom corners towards the center, fold and tuck bottom into envelope opening.
And that’s it.

When I started this blog on 07/07/07, believe it or not and I didn’t realize that immediately, some months later :))- I didn’t think that so many people will visit it. Here is a retrospective of what we’ve done in 2009. I had no IDEA that I made so MANY different examples on how to use Photoshop brushes during 2009! There was also a bunch of new Photoshop brushes and loads of fun!

Photoshop brushes are in action again and this time we will make a CD/DVD sleeve for your 2010 New Year’s Celebration Photos.
So, you made a whole bunch of photos during the holidays? I bet you did. Wouldn’t it be nice if you burn them on a CD or DVD, make a self-made and self designed CD sleeve for it?
And if you prepare all this as a gift, the joy is even bigger!
As always, I used some of my Photoshop brushes to prepare a winter holidays CD/DVD sleeve design for you.
These free downloads are totally ready and all you have to is:
1. Download designs from this page. Select between A4 or Letter format.
2. Print them out on A4 or Letter format (use borderless printing)
3. Follow these videos on how to make a CD/DVD sleeve:
