Many of you asked me about coloring brushes in Adobe Illustrator.

Well, I know, I promised to make a video tutorial long time ago, but there is so much to do and so little time :)

Anyways, finally, it is here. Video tutorial on coloring the brushes.

Before watching it, please make sure that you have your Illustrator ready and the brushes window open (F5).

Basically, what I’m doing here is the following:

1. First I load my Adobe Illustrator brushes from Vector Floral Shapes set (30). As soon as the desired brush is clicked on – it appears on the brushes window.
2. Double click on the brush to open a dialog box. “Colorization method” has to be set to “Tints”.
3. Rest is self explanatory, just make the shape and select the color with the color picker

Of course, even if you are not interested in getting 800+ HiRes Pro Photoshop brushes for 1/2 the price (which is barely possible); you certainly don’t want to miss the Vectors and Illustrations department in my little shop :)
