Can you believe this? I actually managed to publish a wallpaper calendar for November before 20th (of November)! Great success! (Not too funny, I know, but read along, I can do better.)
Wooo-hoooo!
Now, it took me a while to find a photo which will represent November well enough. I was looking for a photo of fog. But, it seems like fog was never my preferred subject. Although it is a very good one! So, I used the one with water and seagulls. Where does fog come from after all? Water of course! I hope you will like it.
“Not much to do with November?” I hear you say?! It has something to do with November, of course! Can’t you see trees, they have no leaves and it’s all black and white! And it’s water there. (Water, fog remember?!)
🙂
OK, here goes the official part. Ladies and gentleman, today is 1st of November 2o11 and I proudly present you:

Now, here is the real November song: November by Tom Waits
This song is not funny, but it’s nice, so I figured I put it here too.
To create this wallpaper, apart from the background photo, I used the following brushes:
Calendar 2011. Photoshop brushes… but since 2011 is almost gone and nobody will need them any more, so I am putting an advert for 2012 Calendar down below.
Although I hope Mayan prophecy was misinterpreted, I’m still not doing 2013 Photoshop brushes calendar.
Let’s wait and see what happens with 2o12, then, if all is ok by October, I will make the 2013 calendar Photoshop brushes too. But for the 2012 calendar, it’s good to have it, because, when the doomsday comes, you will have your calender with you to tell you what day it is.
When the day comes.
If it comes.
You will need to know what day it is.
Anyways, ladies and gentleman, if you are, even remotely, into any kind of digital creative stuff, you will, most likely, want to have the:
2012 Calendar Photoshop brushes set (3×12 – 36, US version) + 36 PNGs
[DOOMSDAY EDITION*] – NOTE: not available anymore, but if you need it, email me and you’ll get it for free

NOTE: Calendar weeks start on SUNDAY. US standard. So, if you are from EU, well … let me know if you want the week to start on Monday and I will make another version. That’s how good I am :))
Here is the preview (this small thumbnail below) of 2012 Calendar Photoshop brushes set so you know what you get:
Here is one of gazillions ways to use it:
Apart from calender, on this wallpaper design, I also used:
Special Mini pack: Bracket Photo Masks
* 9 brushes in two sizes
* commercial license is, as always, included (so you can make money with them – no questions asked)
* 9 vector files: EPS
* 9 PNG transparent files
* Compatible with Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW
Preview Special Mini pack: Bracket Photo Masks (Photoshop brushes, vectors and PNGs):

And, as always, all these Photoshop brushes come with the Commercial Use License so you don’t need to worry about the copyright when you use them in your commercial projects.
Finally, no matter the whether, don’t let the rainy days put you down because it will get much worse before it gets better. Ups! Not really a comforting thought now, is it? … Well, anyways, what I wanted to say, let’s feel good and creative in Autumn and Winter! Yepeeey!!
Love you all,
Silvia
P.S.
About the *DOOMSDAY EDITION. There is really nothing “DOOMSDAY” about this calendar. I just figured it sounds good and that’s it. It is a normal calender. Nothing to do with the end of the world.
P.P.S.
Now, I don’t know if I managed to bring a smile on your face in this post. At least a little one. Now, I will just have to sit and see the number of “Likes” to measure my success. “Hubby!!!! Get y’ar arse over here and click the “Like” button!!! No, not this one … damn … ” OK. Gotta go now guys! Talk soon!
