Hey guys. Daurelius here. (Btw. when I say “guys” I mean guys and girls, it’s just another way of saying “Hey everyone!”)
Anyways, it’s been some time since I last wrote a blog post here on Graphics-Ilustrations.Com. Used to do it a lot. A long time ago. And time … waits for noone. It just kept on doing it’s thing while I was away.
Anyways, so much to write about, I’m not sure where to start. The topic is waves. No, not particles. Waves. And waves, just like any other occurence in our 3D 5 senses reality, they also come and go, going through well known stages of life. Early days, growth, culmination, decline and dissapearance. Of course, like in life, the culmination is the most attractive part. Early days, well, more or less boring and the decline and dissapearance parts – sad.
So, we capture waves when they are at their climax. It does not last long, just a few moments, and then they start to collapse. Initially, even the collapse part is still interesting as the waves are still not losing their power, but, eventualy, sooner or later, they become one with the stillness of the ocean – once again. They go back to where they came from.
Is the same happening to us? I am sure it does. One way or another, we get born, we grow, we get seen, we never lose touch with the realms where we came from (just like waves never lose touch with the ocean), we do our best, we decline and eventually we become one with the “ocean” again.
OK. I admit. Maybe not the most cheerful read today, but I can’t help it. I just found out, today, that someone I knew and who was very dear to me – passed away. And I don’t mean to spoil anybody’s mood, but what I wanted to do was rather to remind myself and whoever is reading these words now, how important it is to make the best out the time we were given here. And whatever we do, let’s try to leave nice memories to those who’s paths have crossed ours in this lifetime. That’s all.
So, well, I am not going to take up any more of your time. I’m sure you are aware of all these little wisdoms of life which are, more often than not, easier being said than done, but still. It’s good to be reminded from time to time.
Anyways, here are the waves, let their power and beauty serve as an inspiration and reminder of two things.
First, our time here is limited, let’s make every moment count before we become one with the ocean we came from.
Second, let’s leave good memories behind. Let’s leave a trace of goodness, so once we are gone, other waves out there will remember us and say “Well, that was one good wave, I am happy I new him, I am happy he was my friend.”
That’s it folks. Over and out. Stay happy, stay creative, stay loving.
Yours,
Daurelius
