This technique is called zentangle and it’s not just that it looks good, but I highly recommend it as a stress relief self-help method. If you feel you need to relax and calm down and meditation isn’t helping – well, just try this.
Obviously, I made this with pen on paper and then scanned it. I hope you will like it. I certainly enjoyed making it and, as I said, I highly recommend this technique as it is a great “stress relieve” method.
I called it Cat. No. 1. (a.k.a. The Mystery Cat) And the time will there if there will be more to keep her company 🙂
