Mark the Month on Your Photo

Here is a little something for scrap-bookers, but also web designers graphic designers and DTP designers.

Dressing up images into a nice, new, shiny, perfect-fit clothes enhances the image and delivers more information to the audience. For that purpose, today, I prepared a special Photoshop brushes set – Month by Month.

Month by month Photo masks Photoshop brushes are easy to use:

  1. Open your photo in Photoshop,
  2. Open Month by month Photoshop brushes and select the one you like the most
  3. Apply this brush as a mask and give your old image a brand new clothes (and mark the month too)!

For instance, this image above (see P.S. for more info). Never looked bad. But still, I like it much better now after applying photo mask (this one is also from Month by month Photoshop brushes set).

It is not just a scrapbooking brush (digital stamp). Month by Month is a perfect choice for designers when preparing an editorial and want to give images the “clothes” that will make them shine. That’s what these brushes do.

The “October” photo was taken a ages ago (my hubby was still young then). I took it with my old Weltaflex medium format analogue camera (more than 50 years old camera). You see how old stuff still works 😉

Check out the Dates Photoshop Brushes too, they fit this perfectly with the Month by Month PS brushes. While you are here, I think that you’ll find useful How to Convert Photoshop brushes to PNG files using GIMP and also see how others use my PS brushes.
