And since I am left speechless in this particular moment, I had no other choice but to reach out for the Homer Simpsons words of wisdom.
And why exactly these words? Because of the several reasons:
- This is my first free Photoshop brush after, I don’t know, gazillion years or so
- These brushes really are kind of 3D-space/universe style shapes
- I, too, don’t know what to say
But, it is true, new Photoshop brushes set is here. And you don’t have to register to greenbulbgang.com to get it. Although I did add them to the crowd of free brushes sitting there already.
So, a bit about those brushes:
- Size: huge, as always, 2222px – 2500px, so we can call them high-resolution (I know you did not expect anything less of me 😉
- License: Free commercial license (meaning, as long as you don’t re-distribute them or claim as yours, you’re fine. Feel free to use them in your commercial and non-commercial projects)
- Compatibility: As always, these too are compatible with all versions of Photoshop since Photoshop 7 that came out in 2002. Hahaha! Talking about ancient history. But, believe it or not, some still use this version and I tell you it is capable of lot!
- Installation: Just put them in your brushes folder, for Photoshop CS6 (64bit) it is C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe Photoshop CS6 (64 Bit)PresetsBrushe

Space Swirls, Free PS Brushes set
You know, I was looking at Google Trends for Photoshop brushes the other day. And the interest for these has been steadily declining over the time for the last few years. So, by doing this I feel a bit like the manufacturer of analog photo cameras. Who wants them? I guess it’s just nostalgic geeks like me. Us.
Well, anyways, brushes are here for you to enjoy them, make stuff, create … feel free to enroll to GreenBulbGang.Com for hundreds of more commercial use free Photoshop brushes. I know, I was supposed to send out a newsletter to GBG members every month and it’s been more than a couple of months since I did that. Or was it a year? Anyways, for the time being there will be no newsletter simply because I am not producing as much new stuff as I used to. If I find some artists-friends who would be willing with that I would be more than happy to re-start the newsletter but until then we’ll just leave it as it is.
